Fresh Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon Head per kg

Some people throw out the fish heads and only eat the fillet, but in Asian cooking the head is considered a delicacy.  For true seafood lovers the fish eyes and cheeks are the best part of the whole fish.  You may have seen various types of fish head on the menu at many Japanese restaurants.
