Okonomiyaki in Japanese translates to "grilled as you like it" - Okonomi (as you like it) Yaki (grilled). Also known as octopus cake.  This dish is a good choice if you don't like pork or would rather have another protein option. 

You can bake, pan fry, deep fried, air fry, and so on. However, deep frying and pan frying would be preferable. Ingredients include wheat flour, cabbage, scallion, ginger, octopus, egg and dried skipjack tuna powder.
