 Do You offer Same-Day Delivery?
 Yes, Orders for Same-Day Delivery should be placed before 11:00 A.M
 How are Your Delivery Fees Calculated?
 We offer a Flat shipping Rate of $9.95 for shipping to locations within Sydney
 Can I place my orders in advance?
 Yes, you can specify the date you want your item to be delivered.
 Will I get notified when my order is on its way?
 Yes, You will be notified by text message when your delivery is on the way if you supplied a mobile phone number.
 How are my goods packaged for delivery?
 We make sure that all seafood stays properly insulated by using a revolutionized thermal packaging designed to keep all products cool and ice packs for optimal conditions during transport.
 Can I pick up my order from your location?
 At the moment, we have no Click & Collect option. To avoid unnecessary handling and viewing of products we do not offer a click and collect service.  All orders will be packaged by our specially trained staff and delivered in temperature controlled packaging to your door.
 Do you provide ETA on my delivery?
 Once your order is booked for delivery, you will get an SMS with the ETA.
 What if there's an issue with my order?
 Your total satisfaction is our utmost priority so if there is any issue or concern with your order please contact us and we'll make it right.  Remember our goal is to have you and your friends coming back for more!
 Can I return my goods after I receive it?
 We allow inspection of goods before accepting delivery so you can check the quality but once the delivery is accepted we do not allow returns.
 Do you deliver on weekends?
 We only deliver Mon-Fri currently.
