Live Australian Male Mud Crabs (Restaurant Grade) **PRE-ORDER**
Mud crabs are found all along the Australian coast, from NSW north to Shark Bay, WA; the majority of the commercial capture comes from Queensland and the Northern Territory, with some from NSW.
Male crabs have consistent firm meat throughout the whole year. Mud crabs are known for their meatiness, as well as their sweet, moist, and firm flesh. It's a wonderful complement to any table with its vibrant colour and ornate claws. Keep the legs on for a strong aesthetic appeal and a distinctive presentation.
They may be cooked in a variety of ways – you can simply steam them with ginger and shallot or their meat goes well with salads, soups, noodles, and rice.
