Our Ocean Trout comes from Huon Aquaculture Group, known for their world-leading standards of farming for both Ocean Trout and Atlantic salmon. Also farmed in Tasmania, what makes this fish unique and popular is its vibrant color and rosy pink flesh. Less salty than salmon, it is often a chef's favorite for its mild flavour.
Available nearly throughout the year, Ocean trout can be served in many different ways. Additionally, for easy cooking, you can sprinkle it with basic seasonings such as chilly or butter sauce. Other cooking methods include roasted and smoked, it can also be eaten as sashimi, which is no surprise.
