Tasmanian Atlantic salmon is a salmon species that has been introduced into the pristine waters of Tasmania's west coast and is raised in fish farms in Tasmania. It is renowned around the world for its outstanding quality, texture, and flavour.  Unlike what you find in supermarkets, our salmon fillets are sashimi grade as they come fresh from the farm daily.
