Refund policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of the product we don't generally allow returns.  If there are any issues or concerns with the product, please get in touch with us by calling our customer service hotline:  02 8006 1282 or e-mail info@fishme.com.au and we will attend to it promptly.

If refunds are approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please allow a few working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
