These Australian School Prawns are caught from the pristine waters down the north and south coasts of Australia. Our prawns are firm, intact, lustrous shells with a superb, fresh smell of the sea. They come with very soft shells so the shells are completely edible and they are perfect for making crispy prawns!

School prawns are one of the favourite seafood ingredients used for many Asian cuisines. These small school prawns are generally sweeter than larger prawns and have a medium flavour, moist flesh with a beautiful medium texture.
