Three Spotted Crabs (Frozen) per kg

The Three Spot Swimmer crab has a very broad carapace. The three red spots in the posterior half are an easy way to identify it. They have long claws and flattened swimming legs. These crabs can grow up to 20 centimetres in length.

Meat from three spot crabs has a delicate, sweet flavour. Crabs are a significant protein source and contain long-chain Omega-3-fatty acids. The preparation for three spot crabs is not too difficult.
