The Sellen family has been farming oysters in the beautiful waters of Little Douglas near Coffin Bay for two generations. They not only distribute to South Australia, but they have also begun to share their produce with others, Australia-wide.

These giant pacific oysters have been shucked and fresh from their farm to your table, they’re an absolute treat for any occasion and are well-known for their high-quality, ultimate freshness and creamy, plump-like texture.
