Australian Bluefin Tuna Belly (Chutoro) Sashimi 100g Tray

Chutoro comes from the belly area of the tuna along the side of the fish between the akami and the otoro. This prized part of the tuna often preferred because it is fatty but not as fatty as otoro. You'll find chutoro served in the finest Japanese restaurants.
Now you can try delicious bluefin chutoro at home! No need to pay expensive restaurant prices for very small serves. We use sustainably sourced Australian bluefin tuna belly and you'll taste the difference when compared with imported tuna which some restaurants will use.
Please note that the colour of the chutoro may vary due to the day content of each individual tuna.
