Ocean trout sashimi slices look very similar to Atlantic salmon but with a richer flavour. They come in a reddish orange to orange appearance with delicate and low to medium oiliness. They are commonly used by chefs in Japanese restaurants for sashimi and nigiri. Our Petuna ocean trout is farmed in waters of Tasmania.
