Our Slipper Lobster Tails are sourced from the pristine waters of Southeast Asia specifically in Indonesia. Each tail is cleaned, individually packed, and snap-frozen to ensure its freshness. Tropical lobster tail flesh is white and delicate. These tails have a luscious savoury taste sensation.

These lobster tails are great sources of protein and a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. Their meat is high in Vitamin A, a great antioxidant, and vitamin B, which is important for fast metabolism. Enjoy them most when grilled and dressed up with a bit of nori butter, but they’re also perfectly lovely steamed or fried. Slipper lobster tails are also great in thick soups and salads.
