Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon are non-native species that are raised from eggs, then farmed in sea cages off the coast of Tasmania, mainly in Macquarie Harbor. It is internationally recognised for its superior quality, texture, and flavour. This salmon portion is sashimi grade.
