Fresh Salad with Mussels
1 medium lime
1 medium orange
1 pound shelled and rinsed mussels
1/2 pound coarsely chopped fresh or imitation crabmeat
2 medium-sized tomato, sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet red pepper
Place the mussels, crabmeat, tomato, sweet red pepper, and lettuce on one large bowl.
Cut orange crosswise in half; squeeze juice from orange and add on the salad.Grate with lime zest.
Toss the ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
