3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 whole wheat buns, split
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill weed
180g sliced salmon, bones and skin removed
¼ to ½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ cup shredded carrot
½ cup chopped celery
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper until soft. Add the salmon, carrot , celery and mix well. Place a lettuce leaf about 1/2 cup salmon salad on each bun.
