Smoked Milkfish Rolls
1 smoked milkfish (320 gram)
· 1 chopped onion
· 1 egg
· Spring roll wrapper
In a big bowl, add onion and egg. Flake the flesh of milkfish; mix together.
Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture in spring roll wrapper; roll and wrap up ends.
Deep-fry until golden. Meanwhile, cut the fish skin into strips. Fry until golden.
