600g ling fillets
100ml white wine
100ml vegetable stock Salt
A few sprigs of coriander
Wash the fish, wipe it off. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the vegetables, peel them if necessary, cut them into julienne strips and mix them.
Cut the fish into four portions. Place in a steam basket without holes, add the vegetable julienne, wine and broth and cook in an electric steamer for 12 to 14 minutes.
Place the fish on plates and decorate with coriander. Serve.
