Ingredients
· 8 oysters (160g)
· 2 tbsp white wine
· 1 tbsp olive oil
· 1 pc garlic (sliced)
· Pinch of Salt
· Pinch of Pepper
· 1 pc egg
· Flour (50g)
· 1 tbsp water
· 50g bread crumbs
· 5g parsley
· 15g lemon
Directions
· Combine oysters, white wine, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper In a bowl and soak for 30 minutes.
· After 30 minutes, add eggs, flour and water. Then scatter bread crumbs around oyster.
· Fry in170°C.Cut the oil well and garnish with parsley and lemon.
· Serve hot.
