Ingredients
ยท 8 oysters (160g)
ยท 2 tbsp white wine
ยท 1 tbsp olive oil
ยท 1 pc garlic (sliced)
ยท Pinch of Salt
ยท Pinch of Pepper
ยท 1 pc egg
ยท Flour (50g)
ยท 1 tbsp water
ยท 50g bread crumbs
ยท 5g parsley
ยท 15g lemon
Directions
ยท Combine oysters, white wine, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper In a bowl and soak for 30 minutes.
ยท After 30 minutes, add eggs, flour and water. Then scatter bread crumbs around oyster.
ยท Fry in170ยฐC.Cut the oil well and garnish with parsley and lemon.
ยท Serve hot.
