The cutlets are simply a prawn with the head and outer shell removed, leaving just the mouth-watering flesh of the prawn and the tail. They’re super easy to eat and are made even better-tasting thanks to the addition of crunchy, flaky and light panko crumbs.

Pre-fried and frozen, they’re available in 1kg packs. Simply fry in oil or put them in the oven to heat and eat as a snack, or add to your favourite curry or pasta for an extra punch.
