Directions
Mix White Miso, Mirin and Sake together in a container.
Add in black cod portions into the mixture and spread it evenly throughout each portion.
Cover a muslin cloth on top of the fish fillets and the marinade. This will allow the marinade to be absorbed by the fillets better. Leave it in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours.
Take the fillet out of the fridge and wipe off all marinade. Because the marinade is a bit salty, make sure you wipe it well.
Preheat the oven at 180-190 degree celcius.
Place the fish onto a grill and bake it for around 15min or until the fish turns a bit burnt.
Then you are ready to serve this delicious miso black cod. You can serve it with just vegetables/salads and rice. Enjoy!
